Responsible Gaming FAQ
How do I set deposit limits on my CrashPirate account?
Log into your CrashPirate account and navigate to Settings, then Responsible Gaming. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly limits and enter your preferred amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour waiting period.
Can I reopen my account after self-exclusion?
Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened. Once your chosen period ends, your account does not automatically reopen. You must contact customer support to request reactivation, which includes a 24-hour cooling-off period before you can play again.
How do I close my CrashPirate account permanently?
Contact our customer support team via live chat or email and request account closure. You can choose a temporary closure (cooling-off) or permanent closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your last used withdrawal method.
Will I still receive marketing emails after setting limits?
Setting deposit or loss limits does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing. However, if you request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, all promotional communications are paused for the duration. You can also opt out of marketing separately in your account preferences.
